Crack at outer surface of cylinder between 1st & 2nd stage cooling jacket cap
1) To carry out NDT - Liquid penetrant testing to check for surface cracks around the damaged sections
2) To proceed with metal stitching repairs & installation of locks on cracked section.
3) To measure and fabricate of one lot of blind flanges c/w gasket.
4) To carry out surface cleaning of all mating surface for installation of blind flanges.
5) To carry out installation of all required blind flanges.
6) Air leak testing of cylinder block to 2 bar to ensure no leakage.
